Natalya has over 10 years of experience in international finance, including managing a finance department. After gaining a First-Class BSc in Economics (Honours), she went on to achieve an ACCA qualification.

Her clear explanations of materials and methodical approach to topics combined with the exam techniques help students to achieve outstanding results in their ACCA exams. Hafeez is a Chartered Management Accountant with an M.Sc in Accounting & Finance from University of Gloucestershire. He brings almost 25 years of industry and academic experience, having worked in numerous roles such as finance controller, management consultant and finance manager in various industries. He also held senior tutor, lecturer, HoD and director- level positions in multiple renowned institutions over the past 15 years. He won the Accountant of the Year award in 2014, awarded by the Association of International Accountants UK, and was shortlisted for the Lecturer of the Year award in 2013 by PQ magazine. He has special research interests in corporate governance, ESG and management accounting.

Khushboo Dialani

Khushboo Dialani is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a teacher by passion from India. She has worked for multinational companies in finance teams, overseeing the preparation of financial statements and reporting to the country’s CFO. In addition to this, her experience and interest in the corporate world are in the domain of internal audit.

Khushboo has taught the ACCA Knowledge and Skill levels, undergraduate and postgraduate studies at various universities in India and internationally. Teaching IFRS is her area of expertise.
Ahmad R. Faruq

Ramin is a qualified solicitor specialising in litigation and arbitration of shipping, commercial and insurance disputes. He has represented clients in the commercial court, technology and construction court and various arbitration tribunals including arbitrations conducted under LMAA, LCIA, ICC, and UNCEPTRAL.

In addition to his practice, Ramin teaches law at multiple universities, teaching postgraduate courses such as the PGDL, LPC and SQE in a wide range of subjects, including English contract law, business and company law, commercial and iInsurance law, dispute resolution and arbitration law.
Aleena Kareem

Aleena Kareem is an ICAEW member, a fellow member of ACCA and has an MSc in Sustainable Finance and Accounting from the University of Sussex, UK. She is an IFRS Master trainer, Financial and Corporate Reporting expert, and Sustainability Consultant with over 15 years of experience teaching ACCA SBR, FR and FA exams with Platinum Approved Learning Partners of ACCA. She is also an ACCA Expert Tutor for SBR, FR and FA exams and has conducted ACCA Train The Trainer and Study School sessions globally.
EXPERIENCE
Her professional journey reflects her commitment to financial advisory and sustainable development, collaborating with organisations like GIZ, SMEDA, Agha Khan Foundation, State Bank and World Bank initiatives for capacity building in financial accounting and management. She has been adept at delivering financial consulting to diverse clients, including start-ups, MSMEs and large organisations across 16 industries for over 200 enterprises.
